A: For sample orders,the lead time for LCD samples are usually 10-15 working days after the confirmation of the specifications.

And the lead time for LCM samples are usually 15-20 working days.

For mass production, it`s about 30-35days for LCD and LCM,some special sizes may need longer time,and will discuss when you place order.

A: Usually 12 Months. If there is any defect upon the quality within the warranty period,

we take the responsibility and refund the amount of the defect products.

A: At the beginning please provide us any drawings , specifications, any special requirements.

Our engineers will work on the compatible solution and tooling cost if any. Our sales will quote accordingly.

After price confirmation,samples will be arranged for approval.

Make modification of the samples if necessary.

Small quantity of trial order.Then the mass production.

A: All of our products are packed in right way to keep it safe during the delivery.

Usually for small sizes products we use plastic tray + carton, for big sizes we use foam slot + carton.

Yes, we also design packages according to customers' requirements.
