Die casting process is suitable to manufacture metal parts with complex shape, clear outline, thin wall and deep groove, and thickness is around 1~6mm. Material include zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, brass, etc. We have own in-house QC and QA team, and our own in-house Q/C program gives us complete control of fully documented process from purchasing and receiving raw materials through final inspection and shipping of finished goods.

This factories are located in Ningbo, Yinzhou district. It is about 30mins by driving from downtown. 300 employees, 20,000 square meters. Annual output is around RMB0.15 billion/year. We have 800tons press, 15,000 capacity/year.
We manufacture other die casting parts. (attached live images) All of them are OEM, and export them to many countries. 8,000 square meters for Machining factory. RMB60 million/year for output. Our main markets are Europe, United states, Australia and Japan.
