Protein Bar Extruding and Cutting System

The raw materials are fed into the twin-screw extruder barrel through the blades, and the raw materials are extruded by the balanced pressure of the twin-screws to become continuous strip products, and then the long protein strips are cut into protein bars by the automatic fast cutting machine at the back end. The machine can make jujube mud （dates paste）Bars, protein Bars, and other extruded bars. Paddle spiral filling, filling evenly, can be used for filling steam bread, shortbread, bread and other pasta. The filling former and forming mold can be replaced to make bars of different shapes, and the operation is convenient.
